We keep account information and order history for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purpose of satisfying any legal, accounting or reporting requirements.

We keep basic information about visitors, usage data, and technical data that are tracked for routine administration and maintenance purposes only.

Your personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name, email, company, job title and contact details) are collected and stored encrypted and manipulated within a secure hardware enclave. They are kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including the purpose of satisfying any legal, accounting or reporting requirements. Klave does not collect nor store any personal data beyond an email address.

Financial data is collected and stored by a third-party provider, Stripe, Inc. Klave does not collect nor store any financial data.

Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

We do not use cookies on the Klave website, however we use cookies on the Klave platform after you have created an account to store sessions, usage, preferences and history data.
