Shaping the future of Klave.
At Klave, we are redefining how cloud applications are built, secured, and deployed. By leveraging the WebAssembly ecosystem, we make the power of hardware-based Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs) accessible to all developers.
Wasm was designed to run business logic in isolated environments, making it a natural fit for secure and efficient processing. Over time, it has evolved into the ideal OS-agnostic technology, for lightweight, high-performance execution. Klave leverages Wasm to run third-party code seamlessly, enabling machine mutualisation, reducing energy consumption, and optimising costs. This approach brings confidential computing, data protection, and true data ownership within reach to all.
With Klave’s confidential and verifiable cloud, any application and its data become tamper-proof and end-to-end protected.
In 2025, we are focusing on five key areas to drive adoption, improve usability, and deepen our integration within the ecosystem:
WASM Ecosystem Integration
Strengthening interoperability with WASI and key industry standards.
Feature & Tooling
Expanding developer support with SDKs, databases, and CLI tools.
Secure AI
Enabling confidential AI execution within secure enclaves.
Security & Attestation
Advancing secure application identity, trusted execution environments (TEEs), and attestation mechanisms.
Community & Open-Source
Opening our platform, SDKs, and tooling to foster collaboration and transparency.
Q1 2025
Laying the Foundations
We kick off the year by strengthening WASM compatibility, expanding developer tools, and making significant strides in open-source transparency.
Initial WASI compatibility (integrating key WASI functionalities).
Rust SDK
Making Rust a first-class citizen on Klave.
SQL Database Connectivity
Enabling database access from Klave applications.
App Identity integration
Establishing secure application authentication.
Open-sourcing all SDKs, platform codebase, and tooling repositories.
Active participation in WASM I/O.
Confidential AI
Running AI agents securely within hardware enclaves for end-to-end privacy protection.
